年賀状作り　Making new year’s cards

１２月はクリスマス・冬休み・大晦日と、楽しみなことがいっぱある月ですね！

December is a month full of fun things like Christmas, winter vacation, and New Year’s Eve!

もういくつ寝るとお正月。お正月には凧あげて、こまをまわして遊びましょう。はやく来い来い お正月。🎵

How many more sleeps do I have to sleep before it’s a new year? Let’s fly kites and play tops on New Year’s Day. Come soon, the new year will come. 🎵

So today’s group activity is “Let’s make New Year’s cards.”

来年の干支は辰ですね！

Next year’s zodiac sign is the dragon!

みんな上手に辰のイラストを作ってくれました。

Everyone skillfully created illustrations of dragons.

 

次にお正月に欠かせない縁起物を糊を使って上手に貼ってくれました。

Next, they skillfully used glue to attach lucky charms that are essential for the New Year.

 

今日は、自分自身宛に届く年賀状を作っていただきました。

Today, I made a New Year’s card to be sent to myself.

お友だちみんな、とっても素敵な年賀状を制作してくれましたよ。

All my friends made wonderful New Year’s cards.

Dear parents

子どもたちが作った年賀状をすぐに見たいかと思いますが、お正月に自宅へ届くまでのお楽しみにして頂ければ幸いです。

I’m sure you’ll want to see the New Year’s cards that the children made right away, but I hope you’ll look forward to them until they arrive at your home in the New Year.
